Dr. Trupti Agarwal is a Commerce graduate and has pursued her Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources from North Maharashtra University. She is a gold medalist in Home Science from Bharti Vidya Bhavan.

She is multifaceted and has brought about a positive change in the lives of thousands of students who have studied in the Educational Institutions that she heads.

Dr. Agarwal is the Chairperson of Vishwakarma Vidyalaya, Pune (State Board - English and Marathi Medium), with a total strength of 4,000 students and approximately 200 teachers. She is also a Member of the Managing Trust of the Bansilal Ramnath Agarwal Hindi Vidyalaya.

She extended her involvement in education to the CISCE Board in 2010, when she and the other Founders launched Wisdom World School, Wakad.

She also plays an active role in framing the Educational Policies of all the schools that she heads.

Boldly leading these institutions with a current total strength of approximately 9,000 students and 500 teachers, Dr. Agarwal takes full responsibility for the entire infrastructural development of the Vishwakarma Group as the Vice-President of the Vishwakarma University.

Manisha Agarwal is a woman of substance and a multifaceted personality. She is one of the Directors of the Wisdom World Schools and graces the corporate world as a Director of Purple Properties.

She completed her schooling at St. Agnes’ High School, Mumbai and graduated in Textile Designing from the prestigious Sophia College for Women in Mumbai. Manisha Agarwal is a member of FLO, the Women’s Wing of the Federation of the Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry. She has been awarded by various organisations for her contribution to the field of Human Resource Development. Her love for children and her concern for working women is evident in her running various creches at construction sites. She has been sponsoring scholarships for the differently-abled and is also an animal activist.

Ms. Agarwal has contributed much towards shaping the Infrastructure of Wisdom World School - Wakad and Hadapsar. Anything that needs to be done is done almost before the ink can dry on the request letters sent to her.

A special mantra that has helped her in life is her ‘Never Say Die’ attitude and her belief that there are always solutions to every problem.

Moreover, being a mother herself, she understands parents' aspirations and children's needs, so her input during brainstorming sessions while deciding school policies has been invaluable.

Wisdom World School is proud to have Justine Simoes as its Director of Schools Program and Principal of Wisdom World School, Wakad, Pune. Ms. Simoes was with St. Mary's School, Pune, for 24 years. She has a total of 39 years of experience as an Educationist.

Ms. Simoes also has a wide administrative experience as Vice Principal of St. Mary's School, Boys’ Section, Pune, from 1993 to 2006. After that, she was the Principal of St. Mary's School till April 2010 and the Principal of St. Mary's Junior College (ISC) from its inception to April 2010.

Ms. Simoes is a highly versatile and dynamic person who brings her vision of providing quality education to Wisdom World Schools. On 5th September 2014, she was conferred with the National Award for Teachers by the President of India - Dr. Pranab Mukherjee. On 23rd November 2016, she received the Prestigious Derozio Award for Excellence in Education and Human Enrichment. It is the highest recognition given by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) Board.

Ms. Simoes has visited international schools and conferences and inculcated all those positives into the Wisdom World Schools she heads as Director.

Under her able guidance and experience, Wisdom World School, Wakad, has a team of highly trained professional faculty whose primary goal is to provide excellence in education.

Universal Wisdom School, Balewadi, is helmed by Ana Dominguez, who brings extensive experience of over twenty-five years in international education.

Originally from Spain, she started teaching after graduating in Modern Linguistics and English at the Complutense University of Madrid. She has worked at all educational levels in Spain, Latin America, the Middle East, and China and has been in India for the past five years. Exposure to this wide array of environments has given her a multicultural perspective.

Ms. Dominguez holds a University Expert Diploma in International Education and IB and continues her learning journey with educational leadership and positive psychology courses. In addition, she has taught English, Spanish, Theatre, and Literature as a teacher.

Passionate about education, her profession is a way of life for her, not a job. She believes a school must be a happy place that encourages discovery and curiosity and prepares students for life with a combination of values, skills, and knowledge. Ms. Dominguez is a proud mother of two. She enjoys reading, theatre plays, movies, music, and sports. She is also an avid traveller who has visited over forty countries and has many more on her bucket list.

Sarabjeet Kaur has over twenty years of rich and diverse experience in education. A postgraduate in Political Science and Bachelor of Education from the University of Delhi and a seasoned educator in the Theory of Knowledge, International Baccalaureate.

Ms. Kaur is a true-blue learning leader with strong interpersonal skills. She is an expert in implementing national and international boards/ curricula like CBSE, CAIE, and IB.

Ms. Kaur has held multiple academic and administrative positions in her career, including being the Founder Principal of a school in Rajasthan in 2014 and Vice Principal of an international school in Gurgaon, her most recent role. With a strong understanding of the fundamentals of education and related dynamics, she has been a valuable resource for numerous workshops on topics like Mental Health, Dolphin Parenting, Child Abuse Prevention, Stress Management, and NEP 2020.

After obtaining her professional educator’s licensure from the Illinois State Board of Education (USA), she worked with the district schools of Chicago from 2016 to 2018. In pursuit of her fervour for child development and safety, she joined the YWCA, Metropolitan of Chicago as an education specialist. Her role included working extensively with the elementary and junior high schools of DuPage County, training students and parents against child abuse and assault.

Ms. Kaur’s ideology of proper education is inspired by and resonates with the profound words of Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” She accentuates that holistic education is incomplete without educating the mind and connecting to the soul within.
